Pet Destination is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on the website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

 

Pet Destination delivers products Australia wide using Sendle.

 

Pet Destination offers FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $100 excluding large items (10kg or over) in metro areas. For orders under $100, we offer standard shipping rates calculated via weight of product(s) and location of shipment via Sendle (for heavy or bulky items, shipping prices increase accordingly). 

 

Orders are packed same day (on orders placed before 12pm) and usually dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. Product delivery is estimated between 1-7 business days, depending on the method of transport and your location within Australia.
